What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
- Can work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff.
- Understands the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
- Helps enable access to learning for all pupils and is inclusive of specific individual learning needs.
- Is able to comfortably lead the class in the teacher’s absence and deliver lessons planned and resourced by the class teacher and inspire learners.
- Has the ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Sets high expectations for the attitudes and behaviour of everyone.
- Is able to work well in partnership with staff, governors and parents.
- Is committed to their own professional development.
