We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with responsibility for the leading, monitoring and evaluating of reading interventions in the college. Reading is an essential skill to enable students to unlock the curriculum at Keystage 3 and 4. Improving a student’s ability to read will have a positive impact on their self esteem, enjoyment of school and ultimately their academic attainment. This is a new post in the college and is an exciting opportunity to play a part in ensuring that all our students are given the opportunity to succeed.
