Level 4 Teaching Assistant - Job Coach for Specialist Post 16 Institute job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of our new Specialist Post-16 Institute!
We are looking to recruit a vacancy for a Job Coach to help deliver employability support to students who face a wide range of barriers to employment.
Are you committed to providing outstanding support so that our students have the best opportunities to gain employment and live independently? The role will entail working within a team of to support a group of fantastic students (presently aged 17-20) with SEND, both in the college and workplace setting, and play a role in developing our new provision. We welcome candidates with the suitable experience, motivation and commitment to apply for the role.
