- A love and passion for literature, particularly young adult texts
- Excellent understanding of library systems and inter lending agencies
- A dynamic and enthusiastic approach combined with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Commitment to raising the profile of our library, a love of reading and library borrowing rates
- The ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower students within the library
