What skills and experience we're looking for

Now recruiting for a Literacy Teaching Assistant. The literacy TA will support pupils and parents to establish a positive reading culture and improve literacy levels for our students. The core focus will be to raise students’ reading ages through targeted intervention in one to one and small group tuition.

The post will be based at the Inclusion Centre, Top Valley, Nottingham NG5 9AZ and will host students from across Redhill Trust Academies - Redhill, Hall Park, Carlton, Oakwood, Park Vale, South Nottinghamshire and Colonel Frank Seely.

The Redhill Academy Trust is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.
