Job Description: Phase Lead
In addition to teaching responsibilities, Phase Leads will be required to:
• Lead by example;
• Support children across the phase to ‘be all they can be’;
• Support and manage the team;
• Monitor and support teaching and learning;
• Develop the curriculum;
• Become an instrumental member of the senior leadership team;
• Support staff development;
• Manage the appraisal process; and
• Manage communications/team meetings.
