We want you to be the person who can work with us on our vision – supporting outstanding teaching and learning for our young people.
This post is suitable for ECT’s or experienced teachers, and those with experience or willingness to support Talk 4 Writing.
With the Headteacher and teaching team, support the strategic direction of the academy and maintain a positive ethos and working atmosphere.
Encourage the well-being and behaviour of all pupils, who are growing in knowledge, mindset and resilience.
Teach to a standard to be classed as at least ‘good’, following the teachers’ standards.
Proactively manage class staff and resources as required.
Supporting the safeguarding culture and maintain welfare of the children and young people within the academy.
Promote positive relationships, work with colleagues, parents and families and with the wider community, including the Church and the Academy Trust.

At St Peter and St Paul, our community is very important to us and we are continually working to maintain and build our links with our local community. We believe that community links are essential in the growth, development and wellbeing of all our pupils. Links with our local community help us to build relationships with groups and individuals who will provide positive role models for our children whether within the world of work, spiritual and moral development or everyday experiences.
Our academy is at the heart of the local community. We have links to many of the societies and fixtures of the village such as St Peter and St Paul Church. We visit the church every half-term for Collective Worship.
