The Valley Partnership Board of Governors is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning. They wish to appoint a teacher who can engage and inspire the learning behaviours that will support our children to achieve their best work. We have a dynamic teaching team in The Valley Partnership and the Governors are seeking to appoint a practitioner who:

- Inspires children and enables them to be the best that they can be to- ‘climb to their highest’.
- Has the skills to plan and deliver learning which is enjoyable and leads to excellent progress.
- Can effectively use a range of assessments.
- Can create a positive, purposeful and organised learning environment.
- Will support and exemplify our Christian ethos and values throughout their practice.
- Has the ability to reflect on their work, be part of, and contribute to, our supportive and skilled teaching team.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, fluent and clear communication, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and is willing to do the little things which make a big difference.
- Is willing to be involved in all aspects of school life.
- Has the potential to lead a curriculum area.

This post is temporary until August 2021, which may become permanent pending pupil numbers and is covering our LKS2 class at Burlescombe School. This will start on 2nd November, straight after half term.
