What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic LSA to join our team covering maternity leave, this position is full-time, working term-time plus 5 inset days.
The ideal candidate will be able to support the school with encouraging students to work co-operatively, anticipate and manage student behaviour and promote self-control, self-regulation and independence; also, by sharing their enthusiasm and commitment with both the department and to the students. You will have an ability to work collaboratively as we are a strong team.
