Lunch Time Supervisor job summary
Lunch Time Supervisor Role
1.5 hours per day (11:45am – 1:15pm) - Monday to Friday - term time only
Support Staff Pay Scale 6 - £11.50 per hour
We are looking for caring and diligent Lunchtime Supervisors to support children across the school during their lunch break.
Whilst no experience is necessary, we are looking for candidates who display empathy, resourcefulness and excellent teamwork.
The Role
The successful candidates will be expected to:
supervise, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of, children during their lunch break
support pupils in eating their lunch
facilitate positive play and support children who may find this challenging
work as part of a team to provide to a rich and varied lunchtime experience for our pupils
help to clear the dining halls at the end of lunch
manage pupil behaviour, in line with school policies
