What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for people with a passion to support and work with children, maintaining a safe, happy and orderly environment for our young pupils.
We are looking for people who would enjoy:
- Building positive relationships with children
- Supporting all children with positive interactions and activities in the playground and classroom during lunch break
- Managing pupils’ behaviour following our positive, relational behaviour approach
- Helping pupils during meal time
- Promoting a positive play culture through interacting, modelling and playing with our children
- Liaising with other colleagues to ensure the smooth running of lunchtime
- Working in a calm way with resilience, resourcefulness and a sense of humour
- Working in an enthusiastic team and learning more about how children develop
