Lunchtime Supervisor job summary

Are you caring, reliable and ready to support children in a happy and nurturing school environment?

At St Gregory's Catholic Primary School we’re looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, calm and positive atmosphere during our lunch breaks. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils' wellbeing, encouraging good behaviour and helping children enjoy their playtime safely.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 11.30am - 13.15pm, 8.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is warm, approachable and enjoys working with children
  • Can supervise and engage pupils positively during lunchtime activities
  • Promotes kindness, respect and inclusion in line with our Catholic values
  • Works well as part of a team and shows initiative when needed
