Lunchtime Supervisor job summary
Chilcote Primary School require a dedicated individual to join our enthusiastic, friendly lunchtime supervisory team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils in their learning through play and emotional development.
As part of your role, you will be assigned specific cohorts of pupils to supervise. You may also be required to supervise and support specific children during this time. The successful candidate must be committed to work as part of a team. They will be willing to engage fully in the role to ensure the safe supervision of all pupils whilst promoting , modelling and encouraging good manners and conduct in accordance with school policies.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
We are looking to appoint someone who:

has good organisational skills, whilst being flexible
has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
is able to positively promote inclusion
is able to adapt their interactions to effectively support children with additional needs
