Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant
5 per week, Term Time only
Band 1: £22,366 per annum pro rata (equivalent to £11.59 per hour)
Working as part of a small Lunchtime Duty Team, we are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team, working school term-time only.
Current working hours are 12.55pm-1.55pm Monday to Friday, covering the lunch break of students in Astley Community High School, although these times may change from time to time if the school’s lunchtime changes.
You will work mainly indoors with our SEN students to ensure good behavior is maintained and students remain safe and secure at all times.
Previous experience of working with young people will be an advantage but this role could also suit someone with the ability to develop effective relationships with students who is looking to try this out for the first time. You will be expected to work to the school’s Behaviour Policy and deal calmly and confidently with all students. Excellent attendance, reliability and punctuality are important to us.
