Band 1: £23,656 per annum pro rata (equivalent to £12.26per hour)


We are recruiting for a Lunch Time Supervisor to join our team at Seaton Sluice Middle School.

Working as part of a small Lunchtime Duty Team, working school term-time only. Current working hours are 12.15pm to 1.15pm Monday to Friday, although this may change from time to time if the school’s lunchtime changes.

You will work indoors and outdoors supervising 9-13 year old students to ensure good behavior is maintained and students remain safe and secure at all times. Previous experience of working with young people will be an advantage but this role could also suit someone with the ability to develop effective relationships with students who is looking to try this out for the first time.

You will be expected to work to the school’s Behaviour Policy and deal calmly and confidently with all students. Excellent attendance, reliability and punctuality are important to us.
