Marketing Manager job summary
Bourne Community College is seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager. This is a newly created post and we welcome applications from ambitions candidates who are keen to make a difference to the College.
You will be working within a small but thriving College that values your views and encourages personal and professional development. Investing in people, creativity and independence allows us to ensure the success of the young people attending the Bourne Community College.
We are seeking a resourceful, proactive and organised person to create, deliver and manage our marketing activities. This role will be integral to the growth and development of our work, supporting the young people at the Bourne Community College and their wider networks.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-motivated to achieve success, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be experienced in marketing strategies and designing marketing campaigns, and have familiarity with mainstream social media and marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Bourne Community College is a growing and unique 11-16 mixed comprehensive Trust school, valued and supported by the local community. We have been reaccredited the Unicef Rights Respecting Schools Award ‘Gold’, which very few secondary schools hold in the country.
This is a permanent post, term time only, plus INSET Days. Salary will be paid at Grade 6, currently £20903 - £22183 p.a. pro rata. (£17687 - £18770 for 37 hours per week)
