Mary Dean's - Fixed Term Nursery Assistant 22 hpw job summary

First Federation Trust a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools across Devon, Plymouth and West Dorset are looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant at Mary Dean's CE Primary School, Tamaton Foliot on the outskirts of Plymouth. The 22 hpw are available across the week. This position is term time only.

You would be working alongside a wonderful small team of supportive staff with strong links through the Trust where there is continual collaboration linked to teaching and learning and nursery provision.

We are looking to appoint:

• Level 2 or 3 Nursery Assistant for 22 hpw, days to be discussed at interview. More hours may become available during the year as numbers increase. Unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply as training can be offered.

The role will require you to:

• provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.
• work as part of a team, with the nursery practitioner and EYFS teacher, in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
• build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.

You would be working alongside a wonderful team of supportive staff with strong links through the Multi Academy Trust.
