9. Cultural Sensitivity: An awareness and appreciation of diverse cultural perspectives reflected in literature and the ability to create an inclusive classroom environment.
10. Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying current with pedagogical best practices and advancements in English language arts education.
