Head of Year 10

Maternity Cover – start date October 30th 2023 to include handover period

There may be an opportunity to split this role to focus on project work.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual who wants to make a difference in the development of young people. This individual will consistently demonstrate the ability to enthuse and motivate young people; to show compassion and empathy; and the determination and discipline that is needed to support all students to thrive. They will have a desire to ensure support, opportunity and challenge is available for all students under their care. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent teamwork, organisation and attention to detail. They will guide and support other staff to achieve the Academy’s goal of ensuring every child can succeed.
