“Strong relationships underpin life at John Blandy… Staff provide a high level of care to each other, parents and the pupils.” (Ofsted November 2021)

We are a thriving, growing village school, located in the Oxfordshire village of Southmoor. Due to our school’s growth, this September we need to increase our school by one class. We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, forward-thinking teachers who have excellent classroom teaching skills.

Our vision is to grow flourishing learners, who have a sense of belonging to our school community, believe in themselves and others and aim to be as brilliant as they can be. Our approach to life at school is that ‘happy children learn’, and this is evident through our school values and ethos.
