We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Lead Practitioner of Mathematics to join our supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative team starting in January 2021.
This role will require high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to work successfully as part of a team will be essential. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, highly adaptable and flexible, and will need a strong work ethic.
As a Lead Practitioner, you will have responsibility for leading the development of mathematics pedagogy across the team and sharing best practice throughout the academy. This will involve coaching colleagues and developing and implementing teaching and learning initiatives and strategies throughout the department and sharing this across The JCB Academy which will raise the teaching practice of all members of staff and therefore learner standards and progress.
