We are seeking a dynamic Subject Leader of Mathematics to join our dedicated team at Chatham Grammar, where you can make a lasting impact in a thriving school.
In this role, you’ll lead our successful Mathematics Department, working closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches. You’ll inspire students of all abilities, creating lessons that promote mathematical understanding, critical thinking, and a love of learning. For experienced leaders seeking a greater challenge, this role also offers the potential for trust-wide responsibility across the UKAT network, allowing you to influence maths education beyond Chatham Grammar. You’ll have the chance to contribute to trust-wide initiatives, collaborate with other schools, and take on additional responsibilities.
Compensation will be commensurate with the role and level of responsibility, whether you're stepping into middle leadership or expanding your influence across the trust.
