Salary - £25,183 to £27,711 FTE*

The Role
The Enigma Maths Hub is looking for a proactive and organised Maths Hub Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the centre of a vibrant network dedicated to transforming maths education across Milton Keynes and the surrounding region. The role will be based at Willen Primary School.
In this role, you will take ownership of the smooth running of our events and activities, from organising venue bookings and catering to preparing essential materials that support the professional growth of teachers and school leaders. You will be the crucial link in coordinating meetings and ensuring clear, timely communication within our team and across our network of educators.
You’ll also lead the management of our online collaboration platforms and play a key part in promoting the Hub’s work through engaging newsletters, social media and website content. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our reach and impact, helping schools and teachers access the best opportunities for professional development.
About The Enigma Maths Hub
The Enigma Maths Hub is one of a network of 40 Maths Hubs in England, working together within the Maths Hub Programme which began in 2014. The programme is funded by the Department for Education and coordinated by the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching of Mathematics.
Enigma Maths Hub provides free and funded leadership and professional development activities across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Luton and Aylesbury Vale. We have a vision for maths education where we believe all pupils deserve the opportunity to access and master a high-quality mathematics curriculum that is engaging, challenging and innovative. We collaborate through our local network of teachers, leaders and maths professionals, nurturing and harnessing national and international research-based development for our community. The programme is funded by the Department for Education and coordinated by the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching of Mathematics.
Teaching for mastery features prominently in the professional development opportunities for teachers, teaching assistants and school and maths leaders. We also provide a rich mix of other projects offering extended collaborative professional development activities across all phases from EYFS to Level 3.
