What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and inspirational member of staff to join our friendly and supportive team as Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher and Maths Lead. The ideal candidate is someone with an excellent teaching profile who is capable of coaching and mentoring other members of staff and confidently leading and driving school improvement. We have worked hard on developing our Teaching and Learning approach and our curriculum offer and would like to employ someone who can continue to enhance and embed the work that has been done so far. As maths lead, we would like someone who has a passion for maths and can excite others.

The ideal candidate would be a person with recent experience of teaching in Year 5 and Year 6 with a good understanding of standards and expectations for the end of Key Stage 2. We want someone with a desire to make a difference to the children and families in our community.
