What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and inspirational Lead Practitioner in Maths to further enhance teaching in both the Maths department and across the school. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an exemplary Maths teaching record and proven exam results. Experience of mastery in Maths would be a significant advantage. The Lead practitioner will be an outstanding teacher who will lead on improving Maths teaching skills through modelling of high-quality teaching, coaching and training of other members of staff to achieve first class outcomes for learners at all levels. This post represents an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified specialist to share in the work of this thriving department and would suit an experienced colleague looking to further their career. This is a full-time permanent contract with a September 2024 start.
