Maths Support Tutor job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths graduate who is interested in a career in teaching to gain experience in a high performing Sixth Form College. The position is to support students from a range of subjects in improving and developing their mathematical proficiency. This will include working with students who have specific deficits in Maths, Statistics, Science and Geography. This will largely be through small group or individual support sessions that are specifically tailored to work on any deficit the student has. These sessions will involve working both physically and virtually with students and therefore a good basic understanding of how to operate Microsoft teams will be desirable.
