What skills and experience we're looking for

Have you resigned from your post but want to stay in teaching? Sometimes a change is all that is needed.

We appreciate that writing an application statement is time consuming and not always a good use of time. However, it is really frustrating when we get your CV from an agency when you could have applied directly. It makes you really expensive as we have to pay the fees to the agencies, so you don't even benefit!

So lets make this easier… We know that teaching is a demanding job, but we also know the benefits and job satisfaction it brings. So if you would like to be part of our fantastic community, work in a supportive environment and really make a difference in a popular, non selective school send us bullet points (and we mean just bullet points!) telling us:

  • your qualifications,

  • your last school,

  • your subject specialism

  • what you are good at,

  • any great achievements

  • what you enjoy about teaching

And that's it!

Contact us on our email address: recruitment@cleevepark-tkat.org

We will then get in touch with you for a conversation and potentially invite you in. Alternatively you can complete the application form if you would prefer.
