Maths Teacher job summary
We are looking for an inspiring and imaginative Maths teacher who is able to adapt their style of teaching to ensure that learning is fun, practical and creative. The successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate that they can meet the needs of children who have experienced difficulty in accessing mainstream education. Our aim is to enable pupils to have a positive experience of education and equip them with key skills for their future.
The Successful Candidate will Provide / Deliver:
- High expectations of academic achievement

- Well planned, sequenced, innovative and engaging lessons
- Clear direction and support for teaching assistants
- An awareness of trauma informed practices and positive mental health promotion
- A clear understanding of, and ability to, manage behaviour that challenges
- Subject leadership of a subject as directed by SLT
