Maths Teacher job summary
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Maths Teacher to join our supportive and talented team at Broadoak Academy. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
This role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract, due to end on 12 February 2021 or on return of the substantive postholder.
The hours for this role are 26 hours per week, Mon, Tues, Thursday, Friday

We can offer you the opportunity to advance your career within a supportive academy environment. We provide excellent training and development opportunities within the Federation, including a full induction programme for newly qualified and experienced teachers. Training is both local and/or delivered through our excellent stand-alone training facility at the CLF Institute. For teachers, the CLF Institute aims to provide a continuum of development through each career stage from initial teacher training (ITT), for newly qualified teachers (NQT), recently qualified teachers in their early career development, to successive stages of leadership through to Headship and beyond.
What we are looking for:
We look for passionate individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. You will be used to planning and consistently delivering high quality lessons, will have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A well-qualified specialist, holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, you will have the ability to teach Maths to KS3 - KS4. We look for professional’s who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.

About the Academy & Cabot Learning Federation :
The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School. The Federation also has an overarching CLF Post 16 and specialist inclusion centres. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation is a major Teaching School in the South West.
Broadoak Academy is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). The Cabot Learning Federation is a mature academy group in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
