What skills and experience we're looking for
As an outstanding and highly skilled Maths Teacher you will:
- Instill a passion for mathematics in your students.
- Create dynamic, challenging, and engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles.
- Develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical literacy.
- Monitor and mentor student progress, ensuring each one achieves their full potential.
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share your expertise.
- Be able to teach across all key stages including Key Stage 5 and further Maths
Qualifications:
- A degree in mathematics or a related field.
- Qualified Teaching Status. (applications from Early Careers Teachers welcome)
- Proven teaching experience with a track record of exceptional results.
- A genuine passion for mathematics and the ability to make it come alive for your students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to continued professional development.
