The Role:
As a Maths Teacher at EBN Academy, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Plan and assess effectively to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Contribute to a positive, trauma-informed classroom culture.
- Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including support staff, pastoral leaders, and external agencies.
- Help students develop confidence, resilience, and a renewed love for learning.
We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in working within alternative provision or with students with SEMH needs.
- A creative, adaptive, and compassionate educator.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach.
- A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all learners.
