Job summary
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher or Instructor of Maths. Experience of teaching SEMH pupils is not essential; however, the successful candidate will have experience of teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 pupils, with specific experience of GCSE Maths and Level 1/Level 2 Functional Skills Maths accreditations. For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to develop or further their own leadership skills and experience of working with pupils who have additional needs, within a supportive Senior Leadership Team. The additional whole school responsibility attached to the post would be linked to leading the Maths curriculum area.
The successful candidate will:
• Be an Outstanding Computing Classroom practitioner.
• Contribute to the development of the Computing curriculum.
• Have a flexible approach and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Have excellent relationships with pupils.
