Many of our young people have gaps in their education, you will need to have a creative approach to teaching to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all our young people to access learning and make expected progress.

We are looking for a resilient and dynamic teacher who can inspire young people. You should be able to develop and support the needs of the whole young person and be committed to enabling all young people to thrive. You must demonstrate tenacity coupled with experience of working KS3 and KS4 pupils, experience of teaching post-16 mathematics would be advantageous, but not essential. You should have a track record as a consistently good/outstanding practitioner.
