Maths Teacher job summary
We are looking for an Maths Teacher to join us at the Skegness Academy from September or sooner
About You:
You will work together to ensure pupils across the Academy are engaged and enthused in their learning and be innovative in your techniques in doing so.
We are looking for people who have a passion for their subject and can positively influence teaching and learning across the Academy, using innovative techniques to motivate our young learners.
Applications are welcomed from either experienced Teachers or NQTs who want to begin their career in a learning rich environment.
About Us:
The Skegness Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is located in the seaside town of Skegness on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast and is on a renewed journey towards ‘Outstanding’. It opened in 2010 and occupies a large site with extensive sports facilities, green space and new and refurbished buildings which give pupils and staff a high quality learning environment.
The academy, led by Todd Johnson, Principal, has a very vibrant, supportive and hardworking team, committed to promoting high achievement in education whilst ensuring that standards of behaviour and uniform are impeccable. Pupils are supported to not only achieve highly but also to ensure they are prepared for their future through a variety of enrichment opportunities.
