From January 2025 we require an inspirational and dedicated member of staff to join our Maths department as they look to progress further in their journey towards excellence. We require an innovative teacher with drive who will receive a TLR for being responsible for leading KS4 Maths which will facilitate pupils to excel in the subject thus preparing them for the world they will embark upon post Woodlands.
Our classrooms are happy learning environments, and we facilitate a growth mind set in our pupils, modelled by our ambitious, progressive staff body who benefit from a evidence-informed CPD package which is at the pinnacle of pedagogical development.
