Maths job summary
Wadebridge School is a popular and highly successful school and is looking to appoint a lively and enthusiastic graduate with a passion for Mathematics. You will be required to teach Mathematics across the full ability range and in both Key Stages. At Key Stage 4 we deliver GCSE in Mathematics, with some students also studying for Further Mathematics as an additional qualification.
This dynamic department is well resourced and consists of a team of ten teachers who are both committed and enthusiastic practitioners, supported by a dedicated HLTA and a team of TA’s who administer a “Power of Two” programme with our lowest ability students. The post provides excellent opportunities for newly qualified teachers or experienced teachers but it is essential that the successful applicant is an enthusiastic team player.
The contract is for 1 year commencing 1st January 2022.
We will be interviewing during the w/c 15th November 2021.
