Medical and Admin Assistant job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical & Admin Assistant to join our team, taking a lead role in the provision and supporting the health and well-being of pupils and staff. This opportunity is for a skilled medical assistant to contribute significantly to our school community by ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment.

In this role, the Medical Admin Assistant will:

  • Provide high-quality medical care to pupils, addressing unexpected medical issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, particularly those requiring First Aid intervention, demonstrating confidence and competence under pressure.
