What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a compassionate and organised individual to take on the role of Medical/Pastoral/Administration Assistant.

What the school offers its staff

You will play a key role in managing the health, pastoral care and assist with some administrative tasks within the school. The position will be based in our dedicated medical room, where you will provide both routine and emergency first aid to pupils. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining pupil healthcare plans and be part of the school's safeguarding team.

Pastoral care will be another important aspect of your role, as you will work directly with children and parents, offering advice and support on school-related or personal matters.

In addition to medical responsibilities, you will assist the administrative team with various tasks, including data entry, managing the school payment system, website updates and maintaining and analysing surveys and data using Excel. You will also order school supplies and manage stock levels.
