What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager, a role working within our exceptionally committed and supportive Pastoral Team. The successful applicant will report to the Designated Mental Health Lead and work closely with the Pastoral Team to provide effective one to one/group mentoring, guidance and coaching for pupils with emotional, social and mental health needs.
This role exists within the School Pastoral Team due to recognising the significant need for emotional wellbeing support for young people in this current climate. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and enhance their overall school experience through creating and leading tailored emotional wellbeing programmes and interventions. We welcome applicants from all areas of expertise, and look forward to seeing the successful candidate develop this role with guidance from the Designated Mental Health Lead to create an exciting and effective intervention programme for our pupils.

Lymm High School is a 11-18 school with nearly 1900 students (380 in the 6th form) and exceptional resources, including 28 acres of beautiful grounds, a swimming pool, leisure complex and our own residential centre in Anglesey. A very good and well-established school already, we have made rapid progress in recent years and have no intention of resting on our laurels.
