A bespoke in house CPD programme for all staff which, this year, is held on Thursday afternoons (the school closes early) and covers areas such as (and this is by no means exhaustive) Curriculum Collaboration Projects, Teacher Toolkit sessions, Leadership Pathways, Departmental Development Time, T&L Groups, IT Development and SEN Strategy.

MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) job summary
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated French and Spanish Teacher with a real passion for learning and teaching, to join our successful MFL Department from September 2019.
With outstanding results in recent years and an expectation to receive our best results ever, this is an exciting time to join this friendly and supportive team. The post will be teaching French and Spanish up to KS4, however the possibility of up to KS5 in French would be considered.
At CBSC there is a strong emphasis on sustaining and raising achievement in creative, innovative ways and there is a genuine commitment to collaboration and professional development. This is a school that believes in 'growing great teachers' and has a two year training programme in place for NQTs.
