What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Midday Assistant to join part of the founding team at Limebrook Primary School and Nursery as we open a brand-new school in Maldon for a September 2024 intake.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage and engage groups of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during lunchtime and playtime.
  • Assist with serving meals and helping children with their lunches
  • Encourage positive social interactions and inclusive play.
  • Support classroom staff with transitioning children to and from the dining area.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment in the dining and play areas.
