Midday Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Midday Assistant to join our collaborative and hard working team at Tidemill Academy. You need to be committed to providing children with a safe and enjoyable lunchtime. You will assist pupils in the dining hall and supervise children on the playground, facilitating play. You will administer minor first aid and ensure the welfare and safety of the pupils.
In particular, successful candidates should have:
- Experience of working with young children
- Enthusiasm and dedication to caring and supporting pupils’ lunch time activities
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
You should be:
- A responsible and reliable person
- Confident promoting safe play
- Able to relate well to pupils and adults
