What skills and experience we're looking for

We offer the additional benefits of school hours and operating during West Sussex term times only. (not school holidays). You will need to be enthusiastic, self motivated, energetic and committed to the education and welfare of young children. The successful candidate will be required to engage with pupils and lead lunchtime activities. You will be flexible in your approach to the different needs of our pupils and will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and committed to the education and welfare of young children. Experience would be an advantage but is not a priority as training will be given, however you must have the desire to engage and play with children making their lunch times fun and safe.
