What skills and experience we're looking for

Outwood Academy Foxhills, seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role. Outwood Academy Foxhills, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire is within easy reach of Lincoln, Grimsby and the east of Doncaster. In its most recent Ofsted inspection in November 2022 the Academy was judged to be Outstanding in all areas.

We wish to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our existing team. You will work as part of the midday supervisor team to provide effective lunchtime supervision to the Academy. Previous experience working in an education environment or experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

You will contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support in a school which promotes equality, and values the diversity of the school community.

We believe that all teaching and support staff posts within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
