Salary: Grade 3, Point 2 £3,592-£3,648.33

Hours of work: 6.67 per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Do you have experience support children and an ability to communicate effectively? Are you positive and motivated? We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and engaging Midday Supervisor, who strongly believes in the inclusion and acceptance of all students at Great Ouse Primary Academy.

The Opportunity

  • Join a supportive, enthusiastic team.
  • To supervise children during their lunch periods.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, physical and mental well-being of all pupils.
  • Arrange and supervise activities, under direction of the Cover Manager.

The ideal candidate

  • Has a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in the English Language.
  • Experienced in supporting children.
  • Is aware of child protection issues.
  • Understands the concept of confidentiality.
  • Communicates effectively with all.
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
