Vacancy for Midday Supervisor Coordinator
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 5, Points 5-7 £3,764.19-£3,884.75
Hours: 6.67 per week, 38 weeks per year.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with excellent organisation skills to coordinate the team of Midday Supervisors at Great Ouse Primary Academy! You will play an important role in ensuring lunchtime duties are completed by the team in a timely manner whilst ensuring the security and care of the pupils during lunchtimes.
The Opportunity -
- Provide valuable support to the team of Midday Supervisors to ensure all duties are completed during lunchtime.
- Modelling the appropriate behaviour expected of Midday Supervisors.
- Monitor and supervise pupils behaviour to create a safe and positive environment during lunchtimes.
- Arrange and supervise activities for pupils to promote their social development.
The ideal candidate
- Has a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in the English Language.
- Experienced in supporting children.
- Is aware of child protection issues.
- Understands the concept of confidentiality.
- Communicates effectively with all.
- Has a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
