What skills and experience we're looking for
-
We are looking for professional, polite and confident team players who have experience of working with children, ideally in a community setting.
The job involves:
Being responsible for the safety, welfare and conduct of pupils and of others on the site during the midday break.
Ensuring reasonable behaviour and safe conduct of pupils by maintaining good order and discipline, dealing as appropriate in line with school behaviour policy.
Reporting of accidents in the playground in line with the school procedures and guidelines.
Inspiring a high level of playground interaction and play.
Responding appropriately to children with differing needs.
Use of school computer systems.
