Salary: NJC 2 - £4,106 (Actual) £20,256 (FTE) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (1:10pm - 2:40pm Monday to Friday)

Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, nourishing and welcoming lunchtime experience. This is an ideal role for those with experience of being around children either professionally or personally such as parent, guardian or family member.

As a Midday Supervisor, you will:

* Promote positive behaviour: Encourage respectful and appropriate behaviour during lunchtime.
* Ensure safety and well-being: Monitor pupils safety and well-being in the dining hall.
* Prepare dining hall: Help to set up and organise the dining room for lunch, clean down and reset the dining hall after lunch is finished.

We're looking for someone who is:

* Organised and reliable: Can manage responsibilities effectively.
* A team player: Works well with colleagues and collaborates effectively.
* Experienced around young people: Whether personal or professional, some experience of being around and interacting with children and teenagers.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
* Calm and robust: Able to interact with pupils in a positive and sometimes firm manner.
