Midday Supervisor job summary

Midday Supervisor

Monday to Friday - 11.45 am - 1.15 pm (1.5 hours per day)

Scale: 3.5 - 3.6

Term Time Only - 38 weeks per year

Job Purpose:

We are looking to appoint a reliable, caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team to coordinate our lunchtime supervision.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating the lunchtime cover
  • Preparing and/or clearing the dining hall
  • Encouraging good dining room practices
  • Provide playground supervision and support
  • Provide basic first aid where necessary (training will be provided)
  • Encouraging group games
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children

You must have:

  • a flexible "can-do" approach
  • the ability to communicate with children and staff
  • good organisational skills
  • patience and understanding
