Midday Supervisor job summary

An exciting opportunity to join the staff of our popular school as a Midday Supervisor.

Our Midday Team is  friendly and hardworking.  You will be helping the children in the hall while they are eating.  Supporting the youngest children in developing knife and fork skills and encouraging older children in social skills. Then you will be on the playground supporting games and activities and proactively pre-empting and averting any falling out and behaviour issues.

8.75  hours per week Monday -Friday, term time only.

We are a two-site school in the market town of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. We have over five hundred and sixty main school pupils in addition to those attending our Early Years provision which brings our total number to nearly seven hundred. We have one hundred and thirty staff across both sites.

We have a senior and middle leadership structure, providing opportunities for career development.

Our teachers have shared PPA on a Friday afternoon and come together across both sites for our staff meeting/Inset every Wednesday. We plan as a team across both sites.
